The problem
Most business underperformance and ultimate failures don't happen overnight. The warning signs are there weeks, months or even years in advance — in the numbers, in the team dynamics, in the operational data. But leadership teams are busy running the business, and the signals can therefore often get missed until they become crises.
I've sat on enough boards to know that the businesses which struggle most are rarely the ones facing the hardest problems. They're the ones that didn't see them coming. But, for that, you have to know what you are looking for.

Where we are
For the past 2 years I've been researching business excellence, business underperformance and business failures across thousands of businesses. Whilst Presignia still remains in development. I'm close to completing an HTML prototype, based on my extensive research and career experience that I believe will act as an early warning system that will seek to answer 4 key questions: What is changing?
